Sport Suspension Kit from AM

Has anyone had the sports kit installed from AM?

My dealer has them available now and I am tempted.

I am curious too. I drove the 4.7 2009 w/ it and was very impressed. What is your dealer charging ? I am also looking into the new GT4 sway bars ... if adjustable that might be a good ticket too.

OK - I'll guess you drop the wheels and the price would drop $4k or so ... the Bilstein PSS9 coil-overs for P-cars was about $2500 .... I'm kinda using that as a benchmark (a very good upgrade on P-cars). I did like driving the 2009 w/ Sports suspension - great on the road, I have not yet driven one on the track.

Does anyone know how much weight is saved in those "lightweight" wheels. I'm not sure that I like the looks of them over the standard 19".

I've been told you can get the kit (parts) without the wheels too ... I do not have a price for the difference.

They were going to pull the "parts list" and order the parts for me if I wanted. Kinda makes sense as they were/are "production" pieces for the N400 and 2009 MY cars ... I just didn't want the wheels. I have not pulled the trigger on the suspension (did on the Power Kit) ... still trying to sell a house in Gainsville FL !

North of the border (no the other border) I was quoted:

AM Suspension upgrade with Wheels (no tires)
$15,400 Cdn Installed

Still waiting to hear back on breakdown & answers to some queries from the dealer. But even with the exchange thats a difference of $1500, not to mention the $2000 Cdn I still have to pay in taxes on the kit.
