N24 anyone?
Looks like someone is selling their N24 on Ebay.

What's interesting is that this appears to be a pre-09 (although they don't actually list the year) and HP is listed at 450 for the 4.3L engine. Aston Martin claimed 410 hp for the stock N24, so either this one is modded, that number is wrong/exaggerated...OR more likely Aston Martin purposely underestimated the power on this car in the media.
That's certainly possible if they didn't want owners of regular Vantages to complain that the car was so detuned. If the Vantage engine is hand-built, why didn't they hand-build it the right way to make 450 hp instead of 380? The N24 engine goes through a rebuild including blueprinting and some new components, plus software and intake upgrades, so getting just 30 hp over stock seems very conservative. If you can supposedly get more than that from just an ECU reflash in the aftermarket, it would seem that AM is underestimating here.
So this begs the question, would it be possible to have a stock Vantage engine blueprinted by Aston Martin Racing and get the N24 goodies to produce 450 hp + out of it for a street car? Yes Paramount and RSC claim close to 450 hp for their mods, but I suspect this engine is different and makes more power over a wider range.
I'm on a quest for N24 parts.

My understanding is that they rebuild the engine, port/polish, blueprint it, use lighter valves, etc.
