Wavy rear bumper?

My 2010 V8V has a fairly pronounced bump on the rear bumper just above the left side of the lic plate and a few small 'dimples.' Has anyone tried to have the bumps / dents / waves removed?

Yup, there's a thread on here where it was fixed completely! If you do a deeper search it should come up.
