DB9 less power with Quicksilver exhaust

Replaced the stock exhaust on my 2006 DB9 6-speed with a Quicksilver Sport. ***-dyno says there is less high end power, more low end. Any one experience anything like this? Wondering if there is an interaction between the ECU, Fuse 22 (still in), and the bypass valves that could make this possible or just different exhaust flow.

Thanks for any input.
