Because our cars are low to the ground, the front gets chips in the paint from rocks and stones, especially from the highways. Without using touch up paint (paint blobs), how can you make these look better? Is there any colored waxes out there that will help?

 

I know the feeling. I am going to respray and then 3M the front.

 

Any ideas to cover one or two small chips outside of respraying? It does not have to be perfect but what is out there I can do myself to make it look a "little" better?

 

Try Griots Garage web site (they specialize in car care stuff) or a phone call, they have a system that might work. I have not tried it, might be a start for DIY.

 

This site will sell you the a spray can and spray clear. If you are inclined you can mask off the small chips and try a small respray.
