Steering resistance

I'm really hoping this is psychological.

While parking at the office yesterday, I noticed that the steering hits a bit of a resistance about 30 degrees from center, either direction. In other words, it's VERY slightly looser in center, then hits a resistance when turned. I'm wondering if this is normal? or just something I haven't noticed before? At speeds, the car drives normally. I'm hoping it's psychological, and not something wrong with the suspension or steering rack.

I have not hit any bumps recently, and the car's been driving well.

I hate creating threads on possible issues, because these cars are such great and fun cars to drive. Can someone shed a light on this.

Haven't noticed anything like that on the Vantage or the DBS. I'll pay special attention next time I'm parking. Stay tuned...

Drove the Vantage and the DBS today...no extra or less resistance when parking...seems ok. Anyone else notice anything strange about the steering in these cars?

I testdrove a car with the same problem. I wonder what it ends up being.
