Yellow AMV8 Coupe?

Yellow AMV8 Coupe?
I am new to this forum and look forward to participating more in the future once I find the right car. I am sure I am in the minority but I am leaning towards a yellow 2007 V8 Vantage coupe 6-speed. My previous cars were 1995 Ferrari 355 Berlinetta giallo, and 1997 Porsche 993 C4S paint to sample Ferrari giallo, see a pattern? I have been searching for many weeks now and have yet to find a yellow coupe. Is anyone aware of one?

Found that one too but only interested in coupes but thanks for the reply. I am currently looking into a titanium silver/black 2007 coupe with 15K for sale in Brooklyn, NY private party sale and may have Miller Motorcars do a PPI but my first choice is yellow.

Funny, but the first Vantage I ever drove was a Lamborghini Yellow coupe. It was for sale down in S. Florida back in '08...loved the car but couldn't sell myself on the color. It really did look good but was a bit too flashy. Whatever the case, there are some running around, so you should be able to find one.

That sounds like the metallic "giallo midas" used on the Murcies and Gallardos I believe. I did see a 2009 listed a while back, I think AM Marin, they referred to their yellow as "speed yellow" which is a factory Porsche color. I am not sure what the official name is for the AM yellow. I also like AM racing green. Fantasy Junction here in California has a 2007 TdF Blue with red interior coming but they will be asking $85K. I will keep an eye on their site just to see the photos.

This would at least give you something to hold while you look for the real thing.

That's funny, I actually found that on ebay last week and considered buying one. This is actually what I do for a living, selling much higher end 1/43 handbuilts but mine run into the thousands. Minichamps does a great job but Tecnomodel Italy is doing the best 1/43 handbuilt modern Astons, V12 Vantage, Rapide, One-77 and hopefully the V8 Vantage. Their packaging even uses the real Aston alcantara leather. They worked very hard to gain the AM license and have a beautiful line. I don't have any now, sold out the Rapides and may start stocking the others soon but they went direct with their own site based out of California so makes it a bit tough to compete. I am focusing on the $1000+ models now anyway.

Excellent color resource, thank you! Love the gun metal grey with kestral interior too, did that ever make it into production or concept only? Your bahama yellow is definitely one of the best IMO. Interesting to see there are many shades of the light metallic green.

Oh, and I would strongly recommend metallic paint. My bahama yellow isn't metallic and overall AM paint quality is very poor, not to say crap. The paint is very very soft and scratches easily and the scratches are of course much less visible on metallic paint.
