Hi everyone,

Last night I took delivery of a 6-speed manual 2009 V8 Vantage.
The car is amazing and was definitely worth the wait for me. I had started my search last July and almost pulled the trigger on a few 2007 cars but there was always something that I wish those cars either had or didn't have.

Then I stumbled across this fully-optioned beauty with only 3,200 miles and I had no problem splurging just a bit more. Needless to say the new price tag resulted in some painful negotiations with the fiancee, but I'm sure she'll grow to love it as well...

I've attached a few pics taken at the dealership prior to delivery.

ps - I must say this board has been a great resource and I'll be looking forward to contributing whatever I can as I get to know the car more and more.

 

Beautiful car! Enjoy? Are those light blue seats or is the lighting just bad?

 

Thanks alevine. The seats are actually artic blue and the dash is phantom grey.

I just started casually looking at Vantage used market. I still have 10 months left on my BMW lease, probably will start looking seriously in Sept time frame.
I'm also in SF Bay Area, and see your car has Camissa dealer plate. How's your experience with the the dealer?
