So I bought a V12 Vantage . . .
Thanks Tahoe. I will!
Thanks RC. I have not. I have just been too busy lately with work. I'm hoping to take lots of pics soon, hopefully within the next couple of weeks. I'll post my shots then.
Although I originally planned on preparing a long write-up highlighting all of my impressions of the V12, I'm now thinking I'll just post my impressions as they come to mind. I drove the car to work today and have a few comments, which relate more to day-to-day use of the car than performance.
One criticism I have read about for the V12, and now agree with, is the position of the stick shift being too far back. I'm not sure if all 2009+ Vantages have the same stick positioning, but the stick seems a bit too close to your body, which makes shifting feel slightly awkward. Not a huge deal, but something that I will have to get used to. So far it has messed up my shifting a bit, especially under harder acceleration.
Regarding traction, Jay is right that it is very easy to break free the rear tires when they are cold. I broke traction a couple of times while driving to lunch today and I wasn't even accelerating quickly. This is something I will need to watch out for, although traction control comes to the rescue when needed.
On the topic of the traction control, the V12 has 3 settings. Full on, track mode, and off. The full on traction control doesn't appear to be overly intrusive, which is nice. I haven't done much in track mode or with the TC off as I am still getting used to the car.
Another thing I have noticed on this car is that I seem hear a lot of road debris hitting the rear wheel wells (at least I hope its only the wheel wells!). I never noticed this with the V8, but when I drive the V12 at lower speeds with the radio off I hear lots of little tick, tick, tick sounds as pebbles bounce off of the car. Maybe there is less sound insulation on the V12 for weight saving purposes? Regardless, it freaks me out a bit because I can't help thinking that these pebbles are bouncing off my paint. That said, I haven't seen any chips yet.
More to come as I think of things.

I've noticed plenty of chips on my paint. My color is Goodwood green. your paint is softer too as the car is new. As for the shifter problem, move your steering wheel back to it's inline with the shifter. My legs adapted just fine. Now the wheel/shifter alignment is perfect. (at least for me).
Put my deposit down on Friday and am finalizing the bank paperwork tomorrow. Hoping to pick my V12V up this weekend. Lightning silver on black. Literally, cannot contain my excitement. Been watching countless videos of the car on youtube and coming from a range rover, excited about getting back into a manual.
will post pics once i pick up my baby.
