Aston plans to lower production of the Rapide and the author of the article below speculates that they will do the same with other models.

gsnyc is on a distinguished road
i was disappointed with the rapide - its not that quick and the back isn't that comfortable. i think the panamera is ugly but the turbo is such a technological marvel it more than offsets the good looks of the rapide.

they need to cut production on some models - they glutted the market with so many DB9s they've ruined the residual values. i know they've cut production of DB9s - they're basically built to order now. but they need to do a better job managing it because its irritating taking such a depreciation hit.
