My TPMS said my back driver side tire was low. Upon inspection I found a nail in the tire...ugh! A quick stop over to the tire shop hoping it could be patched....well....it was too close to the sidewall so I had to get a new tire. Let's just say Aston puts a great set of tires on these cars because it ended up being $400.00 just for 1 tire!

The one thing I did notice was the N420's back tires are 275....but a normal Vantage pulls up in the computer as 285. Does anyone know why the N420 wouldn't has as wide as tires as a normal Vantage?

 

Normal Vantage rears are 275s. The 285s are an optional size, as per the manual.

 

and yeah tires are around $400 for the rears, just got a set of Super Sports, coming in the mail.

 

And at the dealership there even more! Had to do that once, never again.

 

What size did you do for the Front tires ?? Was it 245/40ZR19 in the Super Sports? Thks

 

I'm really curious to hear your impressions of the Super Sports, zambono. I'm a few kliks away from needing new tires, and the SS seem to be the way to go. are you running stock rims? What size's did you go for? 245 / 275?
