Need help removing V8 Vantage side strakes

Need help removing V8 Vantage side strakes
Has anyone removed the side strakes on their Vantage? I need to take them off in order to have the paint right around them polished after a recent repaint.

Very easy!
Just remove 3 screws in the plastic wheel arch, twist the plastic ties with the now-son on the rim, then access to two (or three) behind the wing screws, open the door and removed the screw near the hinges. Then give a little cutter shots on each side of the side strakes because there are often silicone or foam to hold, pull and that's it.
There is no need to lift the car.
