Great car Vince, as mentioned in another thread - I love it in white - striking but class.

Any pictures of headers?

Great gains, you really need a custom dyno tune for that setup. Any off the shelf tune won't do. I wouldn't be surprised If you got another 40hp from a good tune. That power dip before 4000 is definitely not natural, proper tuning should eliminate that

THanks for yours cool comments

For the headers, old and new:

you're right for the loss of torque at 4,000 t / m. it'll be changed in December
the objective for me is to approach 500 hp

Do you know the weight difference between the OEM and aftermarket headers?

no, sorry but if you want, I can weigh the older and ask to the manufacturer the weight for the newest

That would be great, thanks. It looks like there could be some significant weight savings there with the pair.

Youre going to increase 100 hp with tune and pipes?
Who is remapping your ECU?

I have N400 and I feel that is just needing a bit more power.
480 to 500 would be perfect

The stock manifolds are definitely not a very good design at all. Weight reduction is probably somewhere around 2-4lbs per manifold.

37HP without ECU tuning is definitely decent gains, although quite expensive compared to the tune alone. All together, the gains should be very strong with a unique ECU tuned specifically for that setup. 450HP should definitely be easily possible with tune from here. Going past that though things get quite a bit more difficult.

Once I get back into the V12 I plan on doing the same and pushing power well beyond the stock 510HP (which shouldn't be too hard. The V12 GT3 is already 580-600HP without too many changes, which btw was very close to the V12 Vantage concepts original HP). Hope some of the V12 guys start seriously pushing the V12s to new heights. 550HP+ should be piece of cake.

I'm glad to see somebody continue improving the 4.3L V8 where I left off. The 4.3Ls are definitely easily capable of 450HP with direct bolt-ons and not increasing displacement. These aston's are such great tuning platforms. Should be interesting to see what you come up with!

keep up the great work.
