Just need to find a solution for mounting.

Woah, that's some serious weight loss...

What kind of mounting holes does it have? On the side or on the bottom?

Got any shots of the seat from other angles?

Thank you for your comments!

In fact, I ordered two different seats to choose which ones I want a "Statüs" and a "Tecnocraft"

For the weight:
- the OEM seat: 27 kg
- the new (complet): 7,5 kg

Here, the seat is made after a lot of testing, it's perfect now!
I create myself the console to adjust the seat support. I can give details if someone wants to buy the same seat.
Comfort is fabulous and is held in the seat.

I know it to look weird, but it's more comfortable than original!
Even my wife agrees. The shape is very ergonomic, the buttocks and back, it's just awesome!

Aside from the thin padding, that doesn't look too bad. It isn't nearly as restrictive as other seats. I had a Recaro Pole Position in my STi and that had good padding but massive bolsters on bottom to keep your legs in place. I fit fine, but it was pretty snug.

Anyone know how to remove the error message of the airbag seat on the display? it becomes urgent.
Thank you!

You might need a dealer to remove that code, most scan tools will do drivetrain codes but not chassis codes. If you changed the seat and the sensor isn't picking up a signal correctly it will just come back though.

Try connecting the sensor terminals together to fool the ECU that a connection with the airbag exists?

This won't work because there would be zero resistance which the airbag circuit would interpret as a short and trigger a fault. When I have disabled airbag systems before, I have hooked up a potentiometer to the two airbag terminals and rotated the pot until the airbag warning went off. I then measured the resistance value of the pot at this point and connected a resistor of equivalent value to the terminals. On the Esprit, the steering wheel airbag turned out to be a really small resistance value of 2.2 Ohms.

On some newer systems, however, this approach may not work because the airbag warning may not change dynamically as you sweep through different resistance values.

Thank you for your answers

My agent Aston Martin told me he could not remove the default code.
Aibag all work together and I'm afraid that removing the fuse will not be enough ...

Pehaps, the small resistance is the solution! Any experience?

Could you connect a mini airbag behind the seat to satisfy the ECU?

Eurocharged removed my Emissions warning light so maybe the same can be done for airbags? They have specialist ECU knowledge from my experience with them.

Removing an emissions light is relatively simple to do, and can be accessed with most tuning tools, which access the drivetrain side. The Airbag light is considered a 'chassis' code, which is not sometime many tuning hardware/firmware developers have access to.
