Aston Martin DB7 Vantage V12 replacement tires

My 2003 car came with 19" Yokohama AVS Sports that are no longer available. Anyone with experience with the Hancook V12 tires?

Thx,AL

I only know what I have read about the Hankook's and it was going to be the replacement tire for my 997 turbo when the time came. I also would have no problem putting them on the Vantage when the time comes (if they have the correct sizes). The other tire that comes to mind is the Dunlap Direzza starspec.
Don't think you could go wrong with either.

i'd also suggest looking at the Michelin Pilot Super Sport. it's available in the size you need, and they beat out the Hankook V12 in every category on tire rack's website. i've got some on my STi and love them.

Not sure if too late, but I had Bridgestones on mine when I couldn't get Yokos. No problems at all, quite liked them.

The Michelin Pilot Super Sport are what we use to replace the Yoko's AVS tires on Vanquish and DB7..no complaints on the Michelins. I have also driven some with BFGoodrich KDW NT and really stick in the corners and on take off..

I have the Hankook V12 Evo110 tires on my DB9, they're quite nice. Very sticky and surprisingly good in the rain.

Tires on 2003 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante

Thought the Hancook's handled rather floaty on the car albeit an inexpensive price tag...

The Michelin Pilot Super Sports ended up being my choice and they have absolutely transformed the car!!

Thanx for the feedback.

AL
