Figured Out New 2-piece Braking Solution ....
I did explain. I even provided dimensions.
I looked at the manufacturing drawings for the discs on each car. If you don't believe me, I encourage you to get the Ford GT discs and try them for yourself.

007,
It's possible for the caliper and rotor to be the same but, if the rotor's hat (or bell) has a different offset, the only way to make it fit would be to have an adapter mounting bracket to offset the caliper by the same amount. I believe MSV has indicated that the offsets are not the same between both cars.

Seriously, alongside the DBS steering rack, these were the best upgrade I made to my car. Nothing short of spectacular, stand on the brakes and it stops like a lightweight car, grip permitting!

Checked the caliper specs on directly from the brembos website and the dimentions are identical in all three dimensions along with the offsets.
I will go ahead and try to see if they will work, I am confident they will.
Also, I DID contact brembo with dozens of emails explaining I wanted 2-piece direct replacements for the front and they specifically said no and would not provide any reasons why (which led to my suspicions in the first place). I told them to just swap the hats out and they refused ... dozens of emails later I began to realize they want aston owners to buy the more expensive full BBK kit for the fronts instead of just upgrading rotors. Its a business decision.
If the Ford GT uses direct replacement DB9 rotors, then they are the identical rotors that go in the V8V (same offset and everything). Many of the ford GT guys have confirmed this that they are in fact stock aston DB9 rotors (ford just went through aston's part bin).

I had posted before that the Ford GT discs will not work on the Aston Martin.
I do not know whom the original poster supposedly was in contact with, but I can tell you the appropriate people to contact are Race Technologies, the exclusive Brembo distributor for North America. If there is any real interest, they will have Brembo make the proper discs for the Aston. 007 Vantage's assumptions about why they are not available are absurd. They are not being intentionally withheld. There has been no interest communicated to the proper location.
"I told them to just swap the hats out..." Do you really believe there is a shelf where every possible combination of dimensional variation of hat is just sitting there waiting to be mounted up to a disc to make it fit any application? The part needs to be designed and produced for the application.
Consider that the retail price for a pair of discs will be $1900, and if there is demand, contact Race Technologies and shortly after they will be available.

my V8 shifted horrible from 1st to 2nd, after RSC clutch, shifter mod, and car being warm it shifts magnitudes better.
Zambono the 1 - 2 shift in my manual DB9 is smooth and just perfect...but the clutch is awefully stiff pedal and heavy and the engagemnt point is very high. I have yet to find another local 6spd manual DB9 to compare it to but I've been told by the dealer it's normal...is this how yours was also? I dunno if this is the same situation for db9 and v8v??
