Get a DBS. More rare and prices for manuals are on the up! Not many DBS manuals have been build. It's already a classic!
Just drive them both!

DBS prices will continue to go up for the manuals.

The comments above are all relevant but I would make a decision based at least somewhat on your size. If you are 6'3" or taller the vantage is a tight fit.

This does make a difference for comfort! I had a buddy of mine that's really tall (around the 6'3" mark, if not a touch taller) ride along for a drive to PA once... he was knees-up the whole time in my V8V

New 7 speed dogleg manual V12S or a DBS manual?

They both will likely be classics and I think the V12 will be more rare at least for the US models. I am sure the DBS has had more than 100 copies brought here.

I'm pretty sure there are more than 100 manual DBS made in total from 2009-2012 right?

I've owned a manual DB9 as well as a manual DBS.. Regardless of whether you choose the DBS or V12V.. Get a 3 pedal car. Go drive both (like I did) and the choice becomes VERY clear.. You're gonna want to just keep on driving in the DBS.. All the way home. It's a flagship Aston Martin and there's nothing else like it..

For awhile I was very much between a DBS or a Ferrari 599..another big boy GT.. I drove both and the decision was so incredibly obvious.

Go drive them.. You'll know immediately. (IMO

Don't just drive a DBS... Take it up to 80-90 MPH and nail the brakes! This is where the similarity between the 9 and the S stops (pun intended).
