Hey folks,

Both my headlight washers are no longer functioning. They spray liquid inside the compartment which leaks out, or on occasion come out maybe an inch.

Checked in with an Aston UK dealer whom I was getting quotes from (148 pounds per nozzle, pump, cover assembly) who indicated this is a common problem and flushing the system with fresh water should resolve the issue.

If it does, it will save me some good coin.

Has anyone experienced this? Unsure if the flush needs to be done at a shop, or if they actually mean sitting there with water and continually running the sprayers hoping the water clears it.

Hi, I've just seen this post and realised it is quite old but I am having a headlight washer problem as well.
Did a flush of the nozzles work?
How did you access the washers to flush them?
