As for MD state inspeciton, no AM dealer in MD, I have 2 shops in MD that I use (one did a brake service on my DB9 this year and the other does things like towing and tires etc...I think both can do MD stat inspections) If you know and feel comfortable with somebody at Porsche (Tischer? I'm guessing...I know a couple of the sales guys there...I think Levitas over at TPS might do state insp also, dunno) ... there are a few places we can discuss and see what works...shoot me a PM or email sunirghosal@hotmail.com

how is the car running?
