New Vantage S
Mine is not dd, weekend car. Don't think customers or employees would appreciate it much if I pulled up in the AM. Have Yukon Denali as dd. I have vacuum lines unhooked and IMO, it still needs to be louder!
Lots of threads on fuse 22 (or 15 on newer cars) on this and other forums. Here's an old one: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...fuse-22-a.html
Also, from our resident AM Technician Irish07 on a different thread...

...be advised if you have emission inspects in your area, you might fail if you do not put the fuse back prior to the test for it will store a fault code but no MIL light..proper way to do the by-pass is to plug the vaccuum hoses to the valves..no fault code and louder exhaust
Mine's been pulled for the last 8500 miles
It is not loud it just give the burble you get on start up all the time
It is different to the 4500 rpm sound because of the lower revs
The code is triggers is not visible to anyone other than AM techs with the right software who bother to go looking

It is not accessible with std readers
Like some of the others, I don't use the the Vantage as a DD due to the potential impression at the office. My DD is a Panamera Turbo which is actually more expensive than my V8VS, but most people don't know that.
I can't wait until the spring to take out the Aston after work and on the weekends. It will be sitting in the garage with the battery tender under a cover for the next 2 months. You will find a wealth of information on the forum.
