Battery Life?

Guys,

Does anyone know or have experience regarding how long the battery lasts in these cars? When is it reasonable to expect to have to replace the battery?

I have a 2009 V8V.

My 08 v8v went first of last year. I think it depends on use and storage.

I have a 2007 on the original batteries. They are funny things, some can last 3 months, others go 10 years. Heat is the # 1 enemy of a lead acid battery, so I think one reason Aston batteries tend to last is the cars stay in the garage most their lives!

In northern CA, if you drive the car regularly (or keep it on a tender when it's not driven), I would think you'd get 7 or 8 years out of a battery. In Naples, FL, I can barely squeeze out 4 or 5, but the heat, as previously noted, is very hard on batteries, even AGM. In NY, I seem to get 6 or 7 on cars that see only summer use.

Keep it on a tender when not in use or drive the thing on nice days at least once a week minimun and you should get 6 years at least in the Mid atlantic.

Still on the original batter on my 07MY here in FL. Of course, now that I've said it, I'll prolly need a replacement soon.
