It's a vanq so it has presence and looks, the mansory is a matter of personal taste, some like it others don't. This model is known for problems w the gearbox that's unquestionable. Also the salvaged title should raise an eyebrow. It does not mean the car is bad, or does not function properly, just means it warrants an investigation. Other than that if it looks too good to be true price wise then it probably is, beware of scams.
