No Bluetooth. Is there a work around? 05 DB9

My 05 DB9 has no bluetooth. Is there any work arounds that anyone has? I'd love to have it but no big deal. Just thought I would ask. My only cigarette lighter is in the trunk also.

you can get a motorola roadster 2. it works on every car and can stream BT via FM to stereo for music and phone calls. one of the best sound quality for phone calls.
