2013 A.S V8 Vantage Price Question.
Hello all, new member here and I've been decided after extensive research to get myself into an 2013 A.M V8 Vantage. So here's my question, on every site like yahoo auto/motortrend they list the msrp price for the car at $122,400, so then how come almost every car dealership I check out has it listed for 146K+? Is there anywhere I can go to get the 122k price around los angeles? With the tax on the 122k price it will probably come out to be $135k which is my price range, I want to pay by certified check also, don't know if that helps bring down the price or not. Any thoughts on what I should do to get the car for under 140k final price tax included?
Most of the cars you are looking at must have heavy options. We have one with all the carbon fibre and all blacked out which is $152k. Then we have one with just the essentials for $128k. It all depends on what you want.
Last time I checked the MSRPs listed for a particular model are for the base with no options. That's true of every car, Aston, Ferrari, or Chevy. Don't know why this should be a surprise.
On the more detailed sites (like Edmunds) you can get the prices of the base model and all the available options. Those sites will also have price data on what people are actually paying, but you'll generally only get that info for higher volume cars, not Astons and Ferraris.
