V8V stalls for no reason

So lately my 2012 V8V has stalled out a couple of times. Was pretty sure I hadn't done anything wrong the first two times (in gear), confirmed that today when it stalled and died during some very mild engine revving while parked in the garage in neutral (manual box). Anyone else have this happen to them?

Is it related to your throttle replacement by any chance?
Did the tech recalibrate the new pedal to your car?

It could be. There was no recalibration done, just a straight swap. The throttle response from just revving in neutral seems more sluggish now as well, I need to see how it is on the road to gauge if there's a real difference. Probably going to contact the service manager regardless to get his take. Aston Dallas have been great about the whole thing I must say.

The pedal moves a potentiometer giving an electronic signal for throttle position
I'd guess the new pedal assembly may not be calibrated correctly
