Not right repairs

When I had a problem, I bypassed the dealer and sent a formal complaint including phone calls to Aston Martin Headquarters. They responded to me with the US rep, who then contacted the dealer. Your working Ground Up, when that fails try Top Down!


Anyhow worked for me.

Yup, but just keep in mind that in this case, it is a long out of warranty car not bought from the PPI dealer. Very little help to be expected from the top.
