- New V2 Tune for 4.3L Vantage, More Power! -
007: I was starting to think about this for my 07 V8V. I probably wouldn't go to Houston, but try to get to get it done by one of their authorized dealers in Atlanta. It sounds like you've been happy with the results. Any downside to this tune, in your opinion? I've seen mention of inactivating the tune prior to dealer servicing -- is this just an issue for cars still under warranty? Thx, JR
Had zero issues with the tune, the power gains are always consistent and true, not finicky or intermittent. Still have the 7700 tune, but I am going to upgrade to the 7800 and unlock even more power in the future. The tune in conjunction with the Harrison high flow cats has been an absolutely awesome combination and I finally have the torque I had been seeking. I still have not retuned the car for the cats just because I have been busy traveling and etc.
Hopefully I will be able to do so soon once Jerry has more time to retune the car at Eurocharged. For now car is kicking ***

Just got my V2 Eurocharged tune ordered with Jerry. I will post my review shortly. Also mind you all I currently have the RSC live tune installed, which i really dont feel much of a difference at all.
If the Eurocharged tune lets me hang with older gallardo then i will be extremely happy.
Now i need to look at headers and cats/xpipe.

I first try to do the eurocharged tune on my 06 after 007 review but they couldn't do the remote tune. They had issues reading my ecu so had to return the unit I was very disappointed and so I ended up doing the RSC tune still not totally happy, I think the car still feels sluggish and not as responsive as I would like wish eurocharged had somewhere in so. fla to take the car into.

As an Aston Martin specialist, we are really dialed into tuning these cars and have a lot of expertise and experience.

Cats will definitely wake up the car. Loved my Ken Harrison cats. Eurocharged carries the KH cats as well I believe too.
With cats & V2 you are well above 50+ hp over stock and will definitely love the massive improvement in performance.

I actually had the KH cats but it was too loud. So i removed them and sold them. I hear that combining KH cats with and x pipe keeps the noise to bearable levels. I may try that next.
Are you still running the stock muffler? That should help keep the noise down, unless you've swapped it out for an aftermarket one.
Its nice when the valve is closed but its 10x louder when the valves open.
I was at super car sunday a few months ago and i revved it with the KH cats and everyone grabbed their ears. Even my buddy with an R8 w/capristo said it was unbearable.
I may just have to stick with the stock exhaust. I love the stock w/F22 but i wanted to squeeze some more HP from the car.
Don't mean to bump a slighty older thread but I just installed the RSC live tune and have the Harrision high flow 200 cell cats (waiting to be installed). I maybe impatient and jumping the gun but my V8V still feels much slower than my previous E92 M3 (decat, tune, and lightened 150lbs).
I know my old M3 will be faster but I just want to try to keep up. Keeping up with a Gallardo would blow my mind. I havent dyno'd the car, or tracked the car yet so I dont have any documented results but it just feels laggy on my butt dyno.
long story short, has anyone compared the RSC tune vs Eurocharged tune side by side. If there was a substantial difference then I will convert to the Eurocharged.

So I opt to go with the VelocityAP tuned and I can not be happier. It is night and day difference between the RSC tuned. I immediately felt the difference in the throttle response no more sluggish response when I step on the pedal, RPM revs much faster, rpm limit increased to 7700 and the active valve opening up at 4100, it sounds and feels amazing, the car feels more alive now. The acceleration in the higher RPM is great. The car is definitely faster and feels more like a sport car. This is a seat of my pants comparison but this is also comparing to my daily driver which is a Tuned WRX and a my NSX.
