DB9 Driver Door Alignment Issue
Im having an issue with the driver door on my 07 DB9. Whenever it gets wets the window squeals when being rolled up or down. I investigated a little more and notice that the door is slightly out of alignment. Just wanted to see if anyone have had the same issue and what the fix for it is.

I solved my squealing window problem by applying SwissVax Seal Feed to all the rubber around the window & especially at the top of the door.
Don't know anything about door alignment though.

But I'll bet your local GM dealer has something similar for a sane price.

No local source that I know of -- I had it on my xmas wish list & Santa came through I think the online seller shipped from Florida.
Definitely an expensive product but the bottle should last me many years. I'm sure there are less costly options. Aerome is right, GM used to have a similar product but I haven't been to a GM dealer for years.

I was able to align my doors a little better by adjusting the door catch plate on the door sill. After loosening the two torx bolts there is about 1/2" of lateral play. I adjusted the plate to a flush position the tighten the bolts. The door now is aligned perfectly at the top where the catch plate is but the bottom of the door is still a little off.
As for the window squealing. I sprayed some autoglym vinyl and rubber care around the rubber surrounding the window and also around the weather strips on the door seems to have solved the problem but not sure how long it will last until I have to re apply
