Hey everyone,

Last month i ordered a hat for a great price from the online store and i received it in less than a week. Being in Bahrain i thought it would take longer, i was very happy when it got here fast, so i decided to order more stuff. I ordered a wallet, a t-shirt and a pin THREE WEEKS ago and still didn't receive a tracking number. I contacted them, they told me that it was delayed because of a new computer system.

Did anyone experience any delay with their recent order or is it just me?
Three weeks is way to long for a shipment to be made since last time it took only a week to receive it!

I ordered 2 of their 100 Centenary hats and have not received as yet. That's been at least 2 weeks ago. I just thought it was taking longer because I am in the US.

Did they give you an Est shipping date?

 

No not yet! That's why i was surprised because it was three weeks ago when i placed the order and haven't received neither an est shipping date nor a tracking number.

I emailed them today again, they said the problem was solved and the items should be shipped by the end of the week, lets hope its true.

 

I ordered a polo and hat 3 weeks ago and am still waiting.

 

Glad i'm not the only one! I hope this problem gets resolved fast.

 

I ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago too. Didn't get it. I'm thinking about calling VISA to report fraud and get a refund.

 

I emailed them several times and their response has always been, "next week or the end of the week". I told them i will wait one more week if my items are not shipped i will cancel my order!
