Can you Aston Martin veterans give me your opinions on this 07' Vantage?

koolkat1973 is infamous around these parts
I'm interested at this 2007 AM Vantage which have only 5400 miles and is a single owner...

I've read somewhere that too low miles can also be detrimental. Just wanted to get your thoughts on that. Is it over priced at $67K asking price? It seems kind of high to me for an 07. What is everyone's thought on this car? Looks great in the pictures, but I know pictures do lie sometime.

I saw this on autotrader the other day. Looks nice, but the consensus seems to be that these cars like to be driven. 5k miles in 7 years is a lot of sitting, and I'm also surprised a one owner with 5k miles isn't for sale at an AM dealership as a cpo so I would think it's possible they've passed on it at some time.

I also noticed what appeared to be more than a normal amount of orange peel in the close up shot of the front bumper, and my thoughts were that it was repainted due to an off the books accident. I could be totally wrong, too. But in my experience, this car is actually asking a quite cheap price for the miles. The car I considered in Scottsdale had 10k miles and was asking 70k, and there's a cpo 07 with 8k miles in Chicago asking 75k. My immediate thought is that this car is "too good to be true", and possibly because it's been either in an accident or a garage queen that hasn't had it's legs stretched.

However, as I don't actually own a vantage yet take my opinions with a grain of salt

Thanks for that bit of info. Have you found your AM yet? I thought I saw a post that you're picking up the one in San Diego?
