Side turn light bulb cover?
It's an "Indicator side repeater", and if you have a DB9 or a Vantage it's part number 4G43-13K376-AA. Probably the same part for various VH-platform cars.

You are welcome.
My understanding is you have to remove the inner fender liner in order to replace it. My dealer charged $213 USD labor to replace mine while I had the car in for my annual service. My invoice specifically lists it as "LAMP" in the Description, along with the part number I cited above.
Not too hard to replace yourself. Part is about $35.
1.Turn your tire to allow access to the fender liner. You can remove the tire for better access.
2. Remove as many of the fasteners on the exterior of your wheel well fender liner, including the bottom, to allow your hand to reach in. (take a look inside with a flashlight). You might wear a long sleeve shirt as its a tight fit, depending on your arm size.
3. Grasp the plastic fixture from the inside and turn 1/2 turn. Have the new replacement in front of you to insure you rotate the correct way for removal. You should be able to turn it with you fingers, IF NOT be care when using any tool or lubricant inside the fender.
4. Once loose - pull gently out of the round opening. "careful as the single wire is not real long" - disconnect the single wire. If the wire on yours is short you might need to reach your hand inside the fender to disconnect/connect the wire.
5. Then reverse the procedure with the new one. The rubber grommet on the new repeater might be stiff.. put a little liquid soap to allow for the easier 1/2 turn to reassemble. Make the 1/2 turn ON from inside the fender with your fingers to get it fully on. Test the light prior to reassembly. Job should take less than an hour. Good luck!

. IF your very lucky ! I have heard of someone being lucky enough to get the white plastic to easily turn and be removed from the outside of the fender. There is not much to hold onto, see pic of grey piece ( with bulb) that's attached to the white cone. I believe you risk damage using tools to attempt to grip it from outside. The white exterior plastic piece can be VERY HARD to twist. Get your new parts first to look at configuration. Take your time, Good luck.
