Trunk Open Warning

Hi folks...I have been getting trunk open warnings off and on. One today while on the freeway it was red and then a yellow one as I pulled up to a stop. My trunk was not open. This happened last week to me as well. Any suggestions/fixes?

I have an '06 DB9 Volante

If I remember correctly, the catch mechanism itself needs to be physically moved (there's a bolt to loosen to move it). Should be pretty easy to do, just do it in small increments so it shuts more tightly but doesn't need to be slammed to latch.
