20 inch wheels on car.... Asantis. Car is new for me. Hear what appears to be a rubbing/dull scrape sound when turning but not all the way and when driving on a road with pavers... Not real smooth. Any idea if that's why I'm getting that sound? Have stock chrome wheels in garage but no tires on me. Please reply any help appreciated. Ps: car was at mechanic and besides new clutch all else checked out. I was warned don't turn wheel all the way too.

Bad wheel/tire combination selection . Maybe you need spacers . Maybe the car has been lowered along with the wheels and the springs are too soft . lots of possibilities .
