Considering Older Vanquish or Newer V8 Vantage
Ok well since we are delving this far into it, here is some history on myself and where I am coming from car-wise.
I am 24. I have a very eclectic taste in cars but my favorites are yacht-sized saloons with lots of power or compact-low power hatches and coupes but I have had a want for more power recently which is why I have decided on an Aston. Currently I have a Bentley Arnage T, Nissan Skyline, a couple Rovers, an AE86 Corolla and a Cadillac Fleetwood (fully built lowrider). Past cars include every generation of 7-series (except the newest body style) one of which was an Alpina B11 3.5, a couple Lexus LSs, a bunch more Rovers, a Toyota Starlet, a couple more AE86s, etc. As you can see, ride quality isnt a huge concern in most cases. To tell you the truth, I have been leaning more to the Vantage because I have my plate full already with high-maintenance cars but the Vantage will be getting a full exhaust and coilover suspension and wheels. So performance is a big concern for me. I like to be able to modify things to suit my needs, leaving something stock isnt very satisfying and I see there is lots of aftermarket support for the Vantage.
I also like vehicles that have some quirk and charm, hence why I bought an face-lifted Arnage rather than a newer Spur because they still feel very 'british'. I feel as if a Vanquish would have more of that charm than the Vantage and I wonder if I would completely fall in love with the Vanquish once I saw it in person and drove it.
I guess we will see what happens when I take both for a drive, I will keep you guys updated.

I used to own an 08 V8V Roadster and loved it. Now I have an 05 Vanquish S which I love even more. These are too very different cars. The Vantage was much more forgiving and was not bad as an everyday car. The vantage is relatively small and feels much more nimble than the vanquish, it sounds great and is incredibly beautiful. The vantage feels more modern inside and out. I however prefer the vanquish. First the vanquish is in my eyes one of the most beautiful car ever made; it is a true classic that aged very well. Second the exhaust note is probably one of the best sounding there is; starting the engine feels like an earthquake and I cannot get enough of it. Then high revving through the gears is phenomenal. The interior of the vanquish is a bit dated but I feel that it will age well because it is relatively simple without ugly nav screen in the middle of it. The only problem of the Vanquish is that it is not a good car to drive in congested areas. The gear box, if it has been updated, is actually a far cry from the horror stories that you can read on most forums. It takes a little bit to get used to it but then it is actually a very good gear box and participate in making the car feel special. The only real issue with the gear box is that it's not made for bumper to bumper traffic because it will wear out fast in this situation. Another thing about the Vanquish is that it has bottomed out, price wise, and is actually starting to increase in value, so a well cared for car might actually be a good investment.
You've had - and have - a bunch of interesting cars, and I can respect the idea of having several different styles of suits in your closet instead of just one everyday outfit.
If I had your present automotive portfolio and your enviable age, I'd hold onto what I already have in the garage and bank my money for the next two years.
Then I'd buy a DBS.

Waiting is not my strong-point, a two-year wait for a car would just yield me buying something else in 6 months when I got tired of waiting, I just cant keep focus on one car for that long unfortunately. I would probably buy a DBS in a couple years regardless of what I have now, I can always trade one of the current vehicles in on it when I decide its time to buy, even if it is the Aston I end up buying now.
