My 2009 DBS has way to many diffrient accent colors in the interior.

Door arm rests are matte carbon
AC vents are light grey/silver
Navi surround is textured and is light grey
Stereo surround and the lower center trim is another shade of silver
Door speaker grills are bright silver

What happened to sticking to just one finish through out?

My new project is to get all to flow and match. I'll start with having all center pieces redone in matte carbon to match the door arm rests. My two questions are:

1. I see some AC vents are black or very dark grey in color compared to my silver ones. Which Astons came with the AC vents in black or dark grey? Would like to get those replacements from a dealer or anyone else on this board. I was thinking about just having them painted but then I would loose the white markings that show open and close vent placement.

2.My Upper door speaker covers are bright silver, I want them to blend in with the door. I understand the older DBS models and DB9s came with black speaker covers. Any other suggestions?

It's a Volvo part, can be ordered in at least 3 finishes. Cheaper at Volvo.

Yes, AC vents. There are a number of models but try the C30

Carbon Edition or Ultimate for dark speaker grilles, not early models.
