DSC/ABS diagnosis

Anybody come across a problem like this on a 2009 Vantage?
When turning left or when going over undulating pavement such as frost heaves I get a chattering noise coming from what, I am quite sure, is the ABS pump coming on. This is happening only at speeds over 40mph. If I turn off the DSC the noise never happens. The dealer has spent several hours going through the systems and says there are no codes thrown on the OBD which could apply to this. Recalibrating the DSC did not help. They say they can't locate the problem and that I'll "have to live with it". Is it possible to have, for example, a bad wheel speed sensor without it throwing a code? Karl Franz please please help me. Thanks up front.

Sounds like its working, no codes stored and if it's off it doesn't do it. Any mods to the car. Tire wear condition, miles or repair history? Why would you not believe the Dealer? Have you driven another Vantage with the same road conditions? that would solve 1 Question.
