Professional Detailing for the 1st time

I didn't notice any swirl marks etc on my 2015 DB9. I was thinking of getting the car professionally washed and waxed. Thinking of getting clay bar done too. But the detailer uses NanoSkin skin (http://www.nanoskinusa.com/products/autoscrub-system/as-006.html) instead of traditional clay bar and then applies paint sealant. I think clay bar is ok. But NanoSkin, polishing, paint sealant .. are all these required and safe to use ? Appreciate any suggestions.

Why don't you ask this question in the detailing section. That's where the experts are.

GrantRR is on a distinguished road
Nano Skin is ok as a product. It doesn't matter nearly as much what manufacture of chemical he's using as much as the skill and reputation of the detailer themselves. If they have a history of good work, with photo's to prove it, and good online reviews, I would have no qualms sending your Aston there. I own a small shop here in Utah so feel free to ask any questions you'd like.

If you're worried about swirl marks a proper paint correciton and then pait coating would be a great option to keep your Aston looking awesome.

You can email me through my website if you'd have any other questions.

I am worried about introducing swirl marks and don't want to lose originality with paint correction. So just doing wash and wax. I insisted no pressure wash. Even though they tried to convince me referring M3 to Ferrari, I said no to pressure wash.

Why are you worried about pressure washing? Keep it away from the CCM brakes, door seals and the lights and you'll be fine! Also, swirl marks should not be a concern if the detailer is competent - the whole point of polishing is to remove them. Exactly what GrantRR says...
