Good insurance company that WILL insure an Aston?
Of course you're correct, my comment that others are overpaying was made in jest. However, by my and other posts that not only state what companies they use to insure their Aston (as requested by the OP) and by additionally stating how much they saved by switching from one carrier to another (in my case over $2K per year as noted in an earlier post) it will hopefully be instructive as to where one might shop when "shopping around."
I agree. Its credit rating, age, state, number of cars, hp, values of each car, mileage driven, other drivers, own home, have other properties insured, histories of all on policy, etc, etc. More importantly to me is insurance companies financial strength, independent ratings, customer service, and record to pay claims. Also, it is important to shop around even if have the same carrier for years. Example, I had Amica for many years, decided to shop around and found USAA had lower rates and easily provided umbrella insurance.
Do you guys generally see cheaper OVERALL rates for auto and home when bundled? I'm actually starting to see a slightly lower overall rate when I use auto with one company and home with another company despite the higher prices associated separately.
Ameriprise (through Costco) is quoting $323 (with home policy) on the AM per 6 months (lowest out of anyone) but their home policy is almost double anyone else's price. $351 (without home policy) per 6 months.

Check Grundy collectors insurance.
I have my three toy cars, unlimited miles, insured with them and pay less than for my wife's X5 per year.

I had Mercury too, and Geico was much less expensive -- $1250 with my '19 Vantage and Bolt EV every 6 months, in CA.
I pay $984 for the year on my Rapide as a daily driver via Maprfre. Wife just got a '19 Volvo XC60 T6 Inscription that's $1,079... Aston is our least expensive car out of three to insure.
Bumping old thread, but relevant to new owners. I know I didn't think about insurance prior to purchasing. +1 on Grundy.
Progressive jumped to almost $800/month!!
When I first added the V8V, it was an additional $350 (Still high IMO). Even got a supervisor involved since the Aston is not on the standard drop down menu. Geico just said no.
I have zero tickets or accidents in the last 10 years. Wife is the same. Good credit. Home owner. College Grad, Veteran. Multicar. Bascally all the regular discounts. Little confused.
Grundy is $650/year for 11,500 miles and $50K value for a 2010 V8V. I drive a several times a week, so Hagerty was too low of a mileage limit. I have a second car I drive so Grundy worked perfect. Loaded a couple pictures and done. I'll have to limit mileage slightly, but that should be easy enough. And by easy enough, I mean the sheer horror of driving the Minivan several days a week....

Maybe I just got lucky with my quote? Or it's the veterans' discount coupled with the fact I've been with Geico for over 15 years with a good driving record.
Now, it's a bit controversial. Every insurance company is happy to insure almost everything that you have. Don't you know? Jennifer Lopez has her booty insured, what else should we discuss about?! The other thing is that not every car insurance company can provide you as many facilities as you may be thinking about. That is the exact reason why I am always recommending my clients this website car insurance. It’s a platform where you can compare two or more car insurance companies that you are planning to work with. It’s a must-have, believe me, because only this way you can be sure that you are choosing the right agency for yourself.
