Just curious... 0-60 Vantage V8S
I can't seem to get a "true" number.
For the Vantage V8, Aston Martin provides a number of 4.7 seconds to reach 60 mph from zero.
For the Vantage V8S, Aston doesn't provide one but provides a number of 4.6 seconds to reach 60 mph from zero for the GT.
Is my understanding correct in that the additional 10 HP only garners a 0.1 decrease in 0-60 time?

FWIW, a few mags timed the non-S 4.7L at 4.3 seconds. MotorTrend quoted 4.1, but no one else has. IIRC, one mag timed the S at 4.3 secs. 10hp is nothing when you're starting with 420 -- it's little more than 1% more hp.

That's about right. 10hp for .01 sec in that HP range. Of corse as as you get up to 600/700+hp that number changes and you need much more HP to shave off even .01 of a sec. 0.01 of a sec is still a car length in the quarter mile.

Not driving a sportshift.
FYI, this site lists a 0-60 time for the V8S of 3.9
