Officially Meteroite

I have finally confirmed that my V8V is Meteorite Silver. Took the front cover off to view the color label. I also need to spend some time detailing the engine bay as it is a bit dusty. Thanks to Mick Freeman for the final inspection...

Congrats! I joined this forum because Im in the market for a 2008 or 2009 V8 Vantage in 2016. Can someone educate me on what model year of V8 Vantage went to the 4.7 liter V8? Ive read somewhere it was model year 2008, but other articles seem to indicate that 2009's were the first model year with the larger V8.
