2007 V8 Vantage 13k miles, meteorite Silver (not confirmed yet) with gray/tan interior


What a machine. Drove it home last night a little over 100 miles from San Jose. Incredible car. Steering is precise and feedback is excellent. 6 speed transmission is notchy and engaging, in a good way. Throttle response is smooth and she is plenty quick. Suspension is tight, without being harsh and she cruises effortlessly. It is automotive nirvana for me right now…


Yes, there are quicker cars out there but none as beautiful. I feel the Vantage is truly a drivers vehicle and a near perfect balance of power and precision while maintaining civility. Other cars I considered, 911S, Granturismo, Gransport, all fall short of the full package this car delivers. I am very happy with my purchase right now.

I've got your car's twin brother. It looks like the same color, tungsten grey, although Aston's greys change depending on the light.

Not sure if it's the camera but the paint looks more like tungsten in direct sunlight than meteorite bc it has a but more of a brownish hue.

Either way looks gorgeous and I agree 100% with your sentiments... Nothing else feels like a Vantage

Thanks Ron. The merlot red Vantage I was going to look at was sold the day before I was headed to see it. But this one popped up and I am very happy with it. I definitely prefer the 6 speed. The shifting is awesome! The accelerator pedal seems a bit high for heel and toe but I am working on it.
