I had one of my shiftercable was worn out , so I couldn't engage into 2,4,6 gears
Finally new cables arrived from UK

Does anyone has instructions or any one know how to change those cables ?

I was not present at either dis assembly or reassembly, can not answer your "how to" question. However, you can gain significant knowledge of the task you face by reviewing photos #2 and#3.

 

Yes there is an official procedure to tighten/adjust the cable. Most dealerships should be able to do it. There is a special tool that holds the shifter perfectly center from up top, then you go an adjust the slack from underneath the car on both cables.
