My Navigation screen doesn't close as well as I would like . It's a little twisted when closed the drivers front corner is a bit high and the passenger front corner is a bit low .
So my question is can it be adjusted to be a better fit when closed and do I need a degree in engineering to do it

 

Is the movement smooth? The gears may be messed up. If so, the repair is cheap and easy. AM sells a repair kit.

 

Movement is smooth and quiet so I don't suspect the gears .
It just needs a little tweak to make it close flush and square .....yeah yeah I'm a bit OCD about it but details make the difference . ....to me .

 

When I open mine it doesn't quite make it. Closes and then opens the second time. Would that kit fix this?
