I'm having this problem with my left turn signal. Great information in this thread! I was wondering if anyone happens to know the input voltages and which pin is which? The input harness has 3 pins. So looks like power, gnd and signal. Maybe +12v for power and +5v/0v for signal?

I took out the headlight and took it to a friend to checkout. I guess after I removed the lens, I should have plugged it back in and tested the voltage. Hoping someone here can help. Thanks.

Also, regarding my original post, I should have stated the AM dealer quoted $2,700 for a new headlight plus labor (which would be another several hundred dollars).
Thanks FLMan. I am in Miami, so just a few hour drive from Gadget guys. I a spoke to them today and they told me to call tomorrow to talk to Travis, their soldering tech. I am thinking of shipping them my unit. Does anyone know of a shop that would remove the circuit board? Or maybe a place to I can just ship the entire light assembly to. I saw the comments regarding the shop California but no one seems to have located their point of contact

So I’m fortunate enough to own a 2007 vantage that has the same issue. I am not comfortable taking the headlight apart although I will gladly take it out of the vehicle. Is there a firm in the US where this can be sent to for repair?

Well I just bought a 2006 with the left front turn signal not working. Let's keep this topic going. So appreciative for all the info. I will most likely pull the board and send it to someone for repair.

Sooo….been doing a lot of research on this - some great videos on YouTube etc (redpants for example) and I called a few Aston dealers for advice and found a shop in Florida that works on these….HOWEVER - it’s not guaranteed to work for them and the hourly rate plus time considered does not make this feasible. They have done these a lot for 550 Maranello’s that had the same issue and very similar headlights. Basically it would cost about $1100… so it looks like I’ll be attempting this on my own over the winter …one thing he said they do is wrap the headlight in a damp towel and put it in an oven for 10 minutes at 300 degreees. It really loosens up the sealant to make it easy to take apart.

Taking the headlight out of the vehicle is the hard part (smile) You could use a heat gun and remove the halfs a small amount at a time. Removing the PCB should be fairly straightforward. Then you can send that off to be repaired.
Good luck

2008 Vantage. I had similar problem with my turn signals. They became more and more intermittent. 3 times I disassembled the headlight and since it started working on the bench with a power supply I couldn't find the problem I would reassemble only to repeat the problem. Eventually I was able to power up the working part of the turn signal and leave it running for hours. I noticed the 4 light blue resistors (blue 20R0)at the top of the board were extremely hot to the touch and with careful examamination realized the solder joints were cracked. I thought about just re-soldering the cracked joints but realized the problem could return. Not sure how much it helped but I decided to replace all 4 with higher wattage value parts from Digi-Key. (Taller Black) A121184CT-ND. 352220RFT. RES SMD 20 OHM 1% 3W) . They are taller with the same footprint so maybe lower the temp with the larger surface area (?). They still get very hot because they dissipate the same power, They need to have a heatsink. The solder joints break due to continuous expansion/contraction of the ceramic resistors and the elevated solder temperature lowers the creep rupture characteristics of the solder. So far after one year, all good

OK, so I have my headlight out of my 07 vantage. I’m about to throw it in the oven in the next day or two quick question. Do I need to remove anything else on the back of it?

The left front blinker in my 2007 Vantage has been acting up as well for the past 8 months. Works sometimes then eventually fails. Seems worse when the outside temps are higher. So I'll be attempting this fix as well.
