Wolfgang - You can throw it in complete but keep on eye on the temp. The lowest my oven would go was 180 and it took less than 5 minutes. Be carful prying the tabs, try and get two popped off at a time with two pry tools or flatheads. My lens came off easily. Good luck!
Welp - it worked! 240 degrees for 20 minutes…was scary - drank a glass of wine to ease my nerves - but got it open…so far this is a doable job….thanks for all the advice!
So per my tech, my board is toasted not sure if it was condensation or what …it’s basically breaking apart as he tests the solders etc - any thoughts and where to source a new board?

Further ongoing update, headlight out circuit board taken out and to a computer repair shop a bunch of the capacitors were falling off. They went through replaced a few re-soldered them on other loose ones as well …really did a thorough job plugged it back into test it and it still doesn’t work so I guess I’ll just keep picking away at this …
And drinking
Well Somewhat similar story. My board came back from the computer repair shop last week. I had provided the tech with all the part numbers and locations for the capacitors. I Plugged it in and the thing went up in smoke. The tech had not paid attention to the locations of the specific parts. It is back being "repaired". So frustrating - I will take a drink as well.
Ugh sorry to hear that. I actually took mine back to the place just to have them check the capacitors. I’m wondering if they just re-soldered them without actually checking them
I got my board fix and it worked for one day and went back to throwing the warning code and not working. Pretty frustrating.
For now I am thinking about running wiring from the side indicator to the front bumper indicator and adding a bulb for turning up there. I don't like that other drivers don't know I am gong to make a left.
Does this sound like a good temp fix?
I was under the impression that the above capacitors were correct. Saying is however, my repair did not last. Maybe someone with more knowledge can chime in?
