For the Brake Caliper Stud conversion :
Aston Martin recommends replacing the bolts each time the brake calipers are removed. Now this is no longer necessary.
The factory bolts will quickly strip out the threads in the wheel knuckle, when removing the calipers for maintenance (pad replacement on CCM brake for example) .
These caliper studs will eliminate this problem. They also allow for quicker and easier caliper installation by guiding the calipers into position.
I find them at TARETT Egineering and they are designed for PORSCHE https://www.tarett.com/items/986-987...csk-detail.htm
Bruno, do you know the cost of the centre lock conversion and those mag wheels?
Also, what is it about the knuckles / suspension uprights that means you need to change them to fit 6 pots? I cannot work out what is different about them to the 4 pot uprights

The 6-Pots have a wider spacing in the caliper for the bolts, hence the (expensive) necessity for new knuckles.
Great thread! How do you like the Nitron NT R1 suspension compared to the stock setup? I hear mixed things about Nitron - though most of the negatives are related to long term maintenance.

The center lock conversion was a priceless challenge.
I was very lucky to find used GT12 used wheels. A single brand new wheel costs more than £ 6,000.
For the CCM disc I take the Vanquish ones because the Aston center lock system have the same center bore and PCD than the Vanquish not the same than the V12 Vantage one.
The front and rear Vanquish calipers are the same than the V12 Vantage one (but different than the V8 Vantage S).
At first I try to use the V8 Vantage S whith the CCM discs but they don't match...

The Nitron NT R1 are 7.11 kg lighter than OEM ones and they seem to be of very good quality.
They're comfortable enough although harder.
