*** The Official Aston Vantage GTS Ordering Guide ***
Hey Guys,
Got my hands on the full Aston Martin V8 Vantage GTS ordering guide along with specification order form PDFs.
This should finally put all the speculation to rest on the GTS specifics.
Also, here is the link to the official options list pricing guide:

While I'm glad they are making more vantages available I don't see anything special about the car. Ok it has GTS plates and there are only 100 of them. Other than that what is special about them? No changes in performance or anything else. I agree that a 15 or 16 GT seems like a much better value.

It has the updated center console, so that's a bonus for anyone that can't live without that.
I was really hoping they'd give the V8 more power like they did between the DB9 (520 hp) and DB9 GT (540 hp).
I'm not a fan of the new wheels - they look like Ferrari wheels and don't quite match the character of the Vantage.

It's tempting but in truth the changes are really cosmetics.
Plus, I don't like the new wheels. What cuts against this car even more is the fact that we know a new vantage is due shortly thereafter.
Think I'll pass....

After thinking about this, I've realized it's not worth it. My car is a fully equipped Vantage V8S. I'd take a bath on a trade, while only getting new console, a different interior and, maybe, a different color.

After looking at this, it seems hard to get to the Additional $35K cost. if you had ordered a 2015 GT, and added on all the carbon fiber bits, I don't think it would be $35K worth. Plus I prefer the older console, and the ability to leave the NAV screen down if I don't want it, and still work the audio.
Happy 15 GT owner.

Guys, there's not that much difference between a V8S, GT and GTS if you spec them all the same. I recently optioned out a 2016 GTS for a customer, fully loaded with all the extras, not including some Q options is $160K (Base $135K) We had previously optioned out a similarly specced GT for the same customer, and although the base was $100K, the same options list took the car to $145K.
Ah... but there's $15K difference you say... Maybe on paper. But the base price on the GT was achieved by slashing the dealer margin and a little bit of trunk money from Aston. So you ordered a GT you pretty much paid list or pretty close to it. A $160K GTS is pretty much a fully specced V8VS which was $160K anyway. Difference is the dealers now have a bit of room to make a deal. If you order a well optioned car, I would say the spread between what the same GT would have cost to a GTS is $3-4K, absolute max.
The only way you missed the boat on a GT is if you wanted a $100,000 Vantage, black on black, manual with no options. If you were optioning more than $10-15K on a GT there's not really much difference.
