My dealer quoted me $600 each for the 2011 style mirrors complete with the unpainted housings. They also did some checking and confirmed with Aston Martin that they will be "plug and play" on my 05 DB9... Just FYI for anyone interested in doing this mod. This price is comparable to the AMbits price (after shipping etc).
