I am new here and happy to be aboard. I am actively considering ordering a 2016 Vanquish. I have been told that one can specify a rear parcel shelf instesd of the rear seats which I see as useless for my purposes. Can anyone here provide pictures of this arangement?

Yes, that is what I have in mind. Before ordering it would be nice to see what it looks like.

 

I've only seen a photo of one Vanquish with the rear shelf...found on one of the car sale sites (probably cars.com). If I was ordering one, that's the config I would choose. There really is little point to the rear seats unless you have very young children.

 

It's looks identical to what you see in a DBS. Check out the link below. I had this option on my old dbs. Loved the way it looked. My current DBS has the rear seats and i wish it didn't. The seat deletion options looks so much more proper in my opinion.

Gosh can you even put a kid back there? Maybe with the front seat moved all the way forward???

 

Check the sold ceramic gray/iron ore Vanquish; it has the rear parcel area instead of the useless seats. Virtually identical to DBS version from what I can tell.
