Ugly,do not really understand the point of the exercise and why would AML let them use their chassis

I don't think the car is ugly, but the grille is a bit much. Too much bling factor in one spot. Looks like they lifted (stole?) a lot of design cues from Zagato's DB7. If it had the rear window Zagato used, I'd say the Vengeance was a blatant ripoff of that company's style.
